Shipping and Returns

Delivery

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed; we aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days using Royal Mail Second Class Signed For. You will receive a dispatch notification by email. Due to coronavirus, please allow up to two weeks for your order to arrive before contacting us.

If you live outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us by email. If we accept an order for delivery outside the UK, you may need to pay import duties or other taxes, as we will not pay them.

You agree we may dispatch the goods in instalments if we suffer a shortage of stock or other genuine and fair reasons, provided you are not liable for extra charges.

If you fail, through no fault of ours, to take delivery of the goods at the delivery location, we may charge the reasonable costs of storing and redelivering them.

Cancellation

Note that if you order a set, you cannot cancel, return or exchange only part of the set without cancelling or rejecting the rest of it. If you wish to cancel your order, please email hello@calmoutofchaos with your order number and details as soon as possible. Please note if the order has already been dispatched, you will have to cover the cost of returning the order to us to complete the cancellation and the original delivery fee will not be refunded.

Returns and Exchanges

You have 14 days to return the goods from the day on which you acquire physical possession of them.

We inspect every order before sending. We cannot be held responsible for any faults that occur due to wear and tear or negligence, for example not following the care label. We are unable to accept returns on goods that have been worn or washed due to hygiene reasons.

If you choose to return or exchange your order, you will have to bear the cost of returning the goods unless the goods were found to be faulty on receipt. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@calmoutofchaos.com and we will be happy to help.

We will provide a return address to which you must send back the order; please use a tracked delivery service as we cannot issue a refund until the goods are in our possession. We will reimburse to you all payments received excluding the costs of delivery. We will make the reimbursement not later than 14 days after the day we receive your returned order.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may make a deduction for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you (ie handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods). This is because you are liable for that loss and, if that deduction is not made, you must pay us the amount of that loss.
